CAMH would like to advise neighbours of upcoming overnight construction activity related to the expansion of our existing parking structure as part of the Queen Street Redevelopment.
This work is being completed during evening and overnight hours to ensure sufficient parking remains available during peak daytime periods, when staff, patients, and visitors are accessing the hospital. Maintaining this access is important to supporting care delivery and ensuring people can reach our services when they need them.
Residents in the surrounding area may experience intermittent construction noise during this work. We apologize for any disruption and are committed to minimizing impacts on our neighbours wherever possible. Most activity will occur during evening and overnight hours, and schedules may vary from week to week. This week's schedule is as follows:
- Wednesday, June 10, from 7:30 p.m. to Thursday, June 11, at 6:30 a.m.
- Thursday, June 11, from 7:30 p.m. to Friday, June 12, at 6:30 a.m.
- Friday, June 12, from 7:30 p.m. to Monday, June 15, at 7:00 a.m.
Next week (June 14 – 20) will be the final week of this work, and a similar schedule will be in effect. CAMH will continue to provide updates as schedules become available. We appreciate the community's patience and understanding as this work progresses.
