The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) and the City of Toronto will be repairing concrete pavement within streetcar tracks on Queen Street between Fennings Street/White Squirrel Way and Spadina Avenue from Monday, April 21 to Friday, April 25, 2025 (please note this timeline may change).
See the map below for work areas near CAMH’s Queen Street site:

Impacts on transportation and access to CAMH’s Queen Street site:
Queen street will have one lane open in each direction around the work zones. Cars will not be able to turn left onto Queen Street in the work area with the exception of Ossington Avenue, Shaw Street, Bathurst Street and Spadina Avenue.
If you take the 501/301 Streetcar:
There will be no 501/301 streetcar service on Queen Street between Roncesvalles Avenue and Spadina Avenue. A replacement bus will run along Queen Street between Roncesvalles Avenue and Bay Street. You can find the latest TTC updates here: www.ttc.ca/service-advisories/Service-Changes
What to expect during construction:
Construction will run 24 hours a day during this period. Crews will carry out all concrete breaking activities between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
We know that this work may cause inconvenience for patients, families, and community members. Please allow extra time if you travel to CAMH by TTC or car, and plan for potential delays.
We continue working with the City and TTC to keep our patients, families, and community informed, and will share updates on this construction project on camh.ca and CAMH social media channels as they are available.
If you have any questions, please contact us at redevelopment.feedback@camh.ca.
Thank you for your understanding.
