Enhance Your Skills in Youth Mental Health
Join Enhancing CBT for Youth: Training for therapists, an interactive program with focus on group therapy. The course has been designed by the developers of CARIBOU by CAMH at the Cundill Centre for Child and Youth Depression to help professionals effectively treat youth depression from ages 13 to 24.
The CARIBOU course will deepen your knowledge of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its delivery to youth, with a focus on the group therapy context. The course is ideal for social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists and other mental health clinicians who already have foundational knowledge of CBT already.
A certificate of completion will be provided upon successful completion of the course.
